Yesterday, I was looking through my modest library looking for something old to reread before bed. I picked Bride Stripped Bare and as I was flipping through a random page, a bus stub for New York City from Boston fell out. Memories! Mary Ellen and I took a day trip to NYC the last time I went to visit her which was in 2005. I bought this book during that trip to Boston. I must have read it on the bus and used the stub as a bookmark. The timing of stumbling on this artifact is perfect because I’m going to visit Mary Ellen my BFF and FFB (Friend from Boston) next weekend :) It’s been 4 years since I’ve gallivanted with my partner in crime in her town.
