I just wanted to say thank you for the lovely sweet posts about your Wicked Cakes cupcake experience!  :)  I&#039;m the owner, and I&#039;m so glad you enjoyed your choco/PB cupcake.  I just read your most recent post, and I wanted to let you know that I use Swiss Meringue Buttercream icing on my cupcakes...  It&#039;s much lighter and silkier than American buttercream.  It&#039;s basically egg whites and sugar whipped into a meringue with loads of butter beaten into it.  So glad you liked it!  Take care!
