1.

This week on Totes Awesome Channel, we discuss our favorite TV shows.

In this video, I salute Modern Family, Ally McBeal, Sex and the City, and Dexter. You can also hear Alan yell at me in the background and see my dog be bored with me.

2.

Have you seen the trailer for the Hunger Games yet?

If you haven’t read it, I don’t know how you can resist after watching the trailer! I can’t wait!

My friend Thomas and I and a few others often convene for progressive meals when in Houston. He often tells me that he’s happy we don’t live in the same city or he’ll be fat. Actually, a lot of my friends tell me this. :( I think this suffices as background for the following real chat that conspired.

Me: Dude, will I see u for another progressive NEXT week?
Thomas: Which dates? Not this weekend right?
Me: Not this one but next one
Thomas: This is not good. I’m getting fat.
Me: … We can mall walk after or park walk?
(no response)
Me: YOU CAN DIET ON YOUR OWN TIME!!

Yes, I’m a bully but I started off sweet! I cannot wait to go to Houston next week. Family, friends, and FOOD. The three F’s!

Do you know what a drabble is? A drabble is a work of fiction that is precisely 100 words. Peter runs a community blog dedicated to drabbles, aptly named, Drabble Rouser. I played and you can find mine here. You should play too! Besides, it’s Peter’s birthday! Do it for him.
