Anita hosted a More Love Letters session last night at a cupcake coffee shop. Over beautiful cupcakes (see video introduction of my vlog), we penned letters to those who needed encouragement. To learn more about More Love Letters, check out the website!

Texas has Early Voting and if your state does too, it’s SO convenient. Not only do you have more freedom with your schedule to work in voting but also (at least in Texas) you can go anywhere that has early voting to vote. No need to look up precincts! Look into it, friends!

I haven’t seen or spoken to my friend, Jessica in way too long. We used to live in the same apartment complex before she moved hours away. She surprised me with a random silly gift in the mail with the best note. She still remembers that I love the color purple, don’t think too fondly of Christmas, and have a thing for penguins. We have plans to meet up in a few weeks. I cannot wait!

I’m really digging my new-to-me car. When the Civic got stolen I thought all I wanted was another Civic. However, I didn’t want to tempt fate because the thieves who took my car had a working key somehow. So I bought a 2011 Altima and it drives more smoothly and feels more grownup. I also spent less than when I bought the Civic new.

I just need to learn how to park it now.

I read this post on productivity on Monday and thought I’d try to go to bed by 10 pm every night this week. The closest I got to this bedtime was Monday night when I went to bed at 11. Each night I got progressively worse. Time budgeting and getting enough sleep is one of the things about adulthood I find most difficult. You get home from work at 6 and then have four hours to get all the things done such as, socialize, cook, clean, shower, and work out. I can fit two of these things in if I want to sleep by 10!
