The day after Brandi’s birthday celebration, the three of us nursed our hangovers at a new Mexican restaurant, Maudi’s. I’ve heard many things about Maudi’s and how it’s an Austin staple. There’s a handful of locations. The closest one to us is on N. Lamar near Braker. Jessica’s been, neither Brandi nor I have. From the outside it looks dingy and little. Soft pink letters on a turquoise awning. Once you walk in you see that it’s much bigger than it looks and much more crowded than it looks!
I had the spinach and mushrooms enchiladas. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Can’t wait to go back.
