Portrait Session with Nazanin

Portraits of Nazanin

This is one of my best friends, Nazanin. She moved to Miami almost three years ago and I’ve only visited her once before. She hosted not only me in her home this past weekend but also my parents. After just a brief weekend, they are ready to adopt her because she is so sweet and entertaining. Our weekend ended too soon and about 45 minutes before having to head to the airport, we realized we never made time to have the portrait session we’ve loosely planned. Luckily she lives in such a beautiful neighborhood that we were able to just pop outside!

I am striving to take more portraits. If you’re in the Austin or Houston area and are interested in having your photo taken by me, shoot me an email. I’d love to hear from you! You can more of my work here.

Tell me about your favorite photo of you.

The photos turned out great! She looks beautiful and I love her name!! I am glad that you had a fun trip to Miami – how kind of her to host all of you!!

I think one of my favorite photos of me is an outtake from a photo Phil and I took 2 Christmas parties ago. He’s making a silly face and I am looking at him, laughing. He HATES posed photography so that photo is so us. :)

    • She really is super sweet to host all of us. I’m so lucky to have her as a surrogate sis!

I love that photo you described! I hope you have it framed or printed somewhere!
