So I’m cranky.

My jaw still hasn’t snapped back into place and has had me on the verge of tears all day at work. I finally could barely hold back the tears when I just googled TMJ relief. I read that placing a cotton ball in between your teeth on one side of your mouth to prevent them from touching could relieve tension in your jaw so I did that the last hour or so at work and then kept doing up to dinner with Si Nae and then again after dinner. I had a pocket full of cotton balls.

I called my dentist yesterday who happens to be a TMJ specialist but sadly is too busy for me.

I read stress makes it worse since your jaw muscles tighten when stressed. Work has been stressful past few days.
