Hola amigos! How are things over there? Tell me in the comments. Things over here are a bit hectic. I’m preparing for a big transition that I’ll disclose later, but it’s making my mind chatter extra noisy these days. This weekend I have a Friday party to attend and am debating on driving down to Houston either tonight or tomorrow morning to surprise my momma for her birthday! What about you?
I hope you enjoy this week’s list of links that made me feel feelings.
Happy Friday, friends!! I had a really busy week that seemed to zoom by. How about you? Accomplished any nagging tasks? Have fun things lined up for the weekend? I’m heading to Houston tonight for a photo gig tomorrow and to celebrate an early Father’s Day with the pops.

I’m half entrenched in the gig economy and health benefits is top on my list of concerns.
Hi everyone! What do you have going on this weekend? I’m driving down to Houston to spend some time with my mom in honor of Mother’s Day. I’m trying to prioritize seeing them more. Time spent with parents gets even more precious when we get older. What are you doing this weekend? What’s been making you laugh these days?
I’ve been sitting on some of these links for a while and thought it’s time to share them for a round of Friday Feels, a list of pieces of the internet that made me feel feelings.
I’ve been featuring a mom a day this week on both my photography account on Instagram and Facebook. Come give me a follow and read my thoughts and tributes to mommas! I’ll be posting my own momma on Sunday.

Hello! I haven’t done a Friday Feels in a while. It’s just been kind of depressing out in the world lately and I don’t find myself meandering on the internet as much. But I’m here now with this latest installment of things from the internet that made me feel things. Are you up to anything fun this weekend? Tell me in the comments! I’m heading to Lake Charles, Louisiana for Mardi Gras with Austin Food Magazine.
That photo above is from a coffee date I had with a friend this week and we each brought the same notebook. I delighted in that coincidence and had to boomerang it. Happy Holidays, all! I’m heading to Arkansas for the weekend to stay with Sugarface’s family. I can’t wait to take some time off to spend with lovely humans and dogs. What about you? Are you traveling anywhere?
Here’s this year’s last Friday Feels, a round up of links that made me feel things.
Hello friends! Happy almost November! Are you ready for November? Are you panicking like I am? I had so much I wanted to do this year and still a lot of it left to accomplish! Oy. So this weekend I plan on catching my breath with Sugarface and doing something that makes us happy. Maybe a hike with the dogs? And I have a barbecue festival to attend. The joys of being a food blogger! What do you have going on this weekend? What have you been reading?
It’s been a bit since my last link round-up of Internet pieces that made me feel feelings. Some of these links I’ve had in my pocket for a few weeks. Enjoy and happy Friyay!
Welcome to fall everyone! This weekend I’m hanging out with Sugarface and his mom at Austin City Limits. How are you spending your weekend? What have you been reading and watching?
Hello! It’s been a few weeks since I’ve shared some of my internet finds that made me feel feelings. The last couple of weeks have been a bit busy work wise for me. Is it just me or is this year going by so fast? Is this just a sign of being older? The acute realization that there will never be enough time? Well, I hope you take some time this weekend to breathe and look at your life with gratitude. Enjoy this week’s Friday Feels!
This was my first week back from Spain and it’s been a doozy of a week. My calendar is brimming and my email inbox is a beast that needs to be tamed. Expect some posts next week about my trip. I started posting on my food blog. You can see the first post listed under my personal plugs in this week’s list of things that made me feel things. I’m heading to Houston after work today to visit my parents and also to pick up Bob the dog. They’ve been babysitting him so we could travel. I’ve missed him! What are you doing this weekend?
